"Visit of a Visitor"

I visited Cheltenham General Hospital, A & E Department on Wednesday 12th September 2017.

I had recently had a left knee replacement at my local hospital,. Whilst driving down to Devon we had stopped at the Cheltenham Regency Hotel for one night. Upon arriving at the Hotel my knee felt very hot and burning and quite sore. My Husband and I decided that we should make a visit to the Hospital. The staff on Reception at the Hotel gave us directions to your Hospital. From Reception at A & E to seeing the Consultant I was treated with the utmost courtesy and diligence. I was taken through A & E and then to nurses for blood test and x ray until as I said I saw the consultant who was very nice. I never once felt that I was too much bother. I was given antibiotics which have proved to do the trick. My knee feels so much better.

I have sent a card to the A & E dept. thanking them also. What a team they proved to be you should be very proud of them they were fantastic,
