"Impossible to contact anyone"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I have been trying to contact one of the orthopaedic secretaries. But all services including inpatient and outpatients for orthopaedics, rheumatology and some others have been merged to one contact number 5370. This rings through with no operator at the end. They then suggest emailing but the email address given does not exist anymore. Looks like the hospital have barricaded themselves from any external contact.
