Having being diagnosed and subsequently treated for breast cancer, I have had a lot of contact with various healthcare professionals. I was always treated with dignity and respect by both surgeons doctors and nurses. I was always made to feel that I could ask questions and I was always given good advice. I would imagine that the care I received would be a great example of best practice and even after completion of my treatment (I am about to receive my 5 year check) I still look forward to seeing the staff who cared for me for so long.
