1st agro in the car park, as it only takes new pound coins, so if you have the old type you cant use them.
I took my husband back to A & E today it was manic worse than Saturday, the queue was horrendous, we waited 30 mins and saw the Triage team, that was ok for wait time. For something so simple just loosening a bandage could of been done by our nurse, but we was told to come back to the hospital. We was asked to take a seat, we waited for 2 hours, I was shocked, we were finally called in, and then was asked what is the problem by a Dr when clearly it was obvious, it was broken, then a health care assistant came in, and just started ripping the bandage off and cutting it away from the thumb area, saying I want to do it like this so I don't disturb the bone and healing process, but pulling it the way they were could of moved it anyway, needless to say a double break was very painful, they then started asking questions I want to know who did this. Any way I said all that wait for 2 hours just for a mere 5 minutes. The Sat was less manic and he was seen quicker, still a 30 mins wait still chaotic, we could here not my job etc and my husband was suppose to have a different pain killer but that was forgotten and when a second shift came on was left on there, as it was the beta pain blocker worked and he never needed it, but still not smoothly run or a good handover. The staff that he saw the 1st time was nice and caring.
