"Correction of Previous Review!"

About: Doddington Hospital

In my previous review I stated that a Carers Assessment was filled out Spring time 2016. I received a phone call telling me it was in fact 2015!!! and that it must have been lost "in the system" I was also told that the time is close for this to be "closed"

He is ill at the moment suffering a chest infection(on Antibiotics) and it is hitting him hard. He for some reason rambles (extra confusion because of infection?) through the night so I am now approaching the third night "possibly" without sleep and as I have received a few phone calls from different "caring agencies"asking me if I needed any help but each amounted to not hearing from them again I truly feel there is "no one" to help.

How things have changed. My Mother lived with us for just under 5 years with Cardio Vascular Dementia and the care could not be faulted. Marie Carie even came in and took over from us some nights so we could recharge and then there was two of us looking after her and we were younger.

I really hope I don't make it into real old age. The thought is frightening!
