Upon chasing promised doctors letter for new treatment 4 months late....to be told "the system doesn't always send things out...we know it's a problem but we are understaffed and can't do anything about it"....

Absolutely disgusting

I am sorry that your ewas delayed and cetainly the infomation you were given was so unhelpful.

If we have a system that is causing problems this needs investigating and appropriate action taken.
