"Nice staff, clean place"

I had to wait quite a long time to be seen (over an hour) but when I met with the nurse who was thorough in examining me after a head injury/blackouts. Beats sitting in A&E for hours. It was clean, the staff were helpful and I'm glad I went. More people should use this service instead of clogging up A&E.
