About: North Tyneside General Hospital

Very impressed with service, and supportive, helpful and skilled nature of the staff (particularly the nurse practitioner I think?)

Seen very quickly on both occasions (having been advised to turn up for opening to avoid queues), and care received for a head wound was excellent both times.

Contrast to Cramlington where was advised of a 5-6 hr wait!
