About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

The dental students and depts are good, but the abysmal unprofessional, rude and irascible receptionists on the second floor are not fit to be employed in customer-facing roles.

They apparently treat colleagues, dental students and patients with the seme disdain and unhelpfulness/obstructiveness, so they are consistent in their bad attitude.

I am sure there are far better natured and polite staff that could take their place.

Such poor service lets down the whole department and is very upsetting to patients. The admin manager knows, some colleagues have also been moved because of the way they were bullied.

I certainly dreaded each time going to the 2nd floor reception because of these receptionists, one much worse than the rest, but the other two not much better.

Please for everyone's sake get rid or move them where they can be monitored and checked on whether they can improve.

I am very sorry to hear about the poor customer care that you received at the Dental Institute. I will certainly pass on your comments to our Manager.
