"My 91 year old mother"

My mother was admitted through A and E just over two weeks ago to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

From the moment of admission in A&E and through the just over two weeks of treatment everything has just been so good. People have been kind caring honest and actually very effective. I have to say we are a very fortunate nation to have such a wonderful service and such wonderful people working there who do such a good job. A huge thank you to the team in ward 202 over the last few weeks, you are all brilliant, and I would like to thank you most sincerely!!!!

It is lovely to read such positive comments and I am pleased to read that you found the staff to be kind, caring and honest.

I note however, that your mother was admitted to The Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and not to Good Hope Hospital, which is situated in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

I have contacted Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and they have confirmed that they have a Ward 202 at their hospital.
