"For the ambulance crews."

About: University Hospital Of North Durham / Accident and emergency

On Thurs 14th. I was transferred in great pair from Durham A&E to Sunderland Acute Urology. The ambulance crew saw my pain and drove very gently along busy roads to deliver me to Urology for almost immediate relief. The Ambulance crews do not get enough thanks because they are hardly seen, but this crew are my heroes. Many thanks to them.

Geoff Taylor, Upper Weardale.
