I was impressed with the experience but particularly the commitment, kindness, compassions and communication of nursing, catering, portering and other staff as well as consultants. Communication was good.. There is much to learn for other organisations about the way this is done. It is the people that matter not the systems.
Are there too many managers of this that and the other? Could we have more pictures around of the front line staff and less of the Trust Board etc.
