"Great customer care"

After a history of anaphylactic shock with bee stings, I was admitted to the hospital for treatment and observation. From start to finish, I was treated with care and consideration. The staff had a great sense of humour and kept me smiling for the whole time. They understood the severity of the allergy and monitored me well. Each time I was moved, I felt the staff were attentive to my needs and wishes, and did their utmost to make me comfortable. A huge thanks to everyone in the hospital that works so hard, despite some very long shifts.
