About: Crosshouse Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had two visits to the DSU last month and have nothing but praise for everyone involved in both operations. From the moment I reached reception all the staff were outstanding. How you all manage to stay so caring and understanding when the NHS is under so much pressure is beyond me. A special thanks to my surgeon Miss Campbell who really made me feel that I was the safest hands possible. When I arrived for the surgery I was very nervous and even managed to have a migraine on the day of my second operation but everyone was just wonderful. You really are an outstanding group of people and I would like you to know you are all very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone.

That is lovely to hear, I am glad you were well looked after. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely post about the day surgery staff. Migraines are not fun at the best of time, I can't imagine how horrible you must have been feeling on the day.

I will make passed this on, making sure your surgeon, Miss Campbell reads this too. It will make their day.
