Where to start? ....... My experience was brilliant! All the way from pre assessment to the actual operation and stay in hospital - ward 10.
From the consultant, anaesthetist, recovery room nurses to ward staff, physios and everyone else involved - cannot fault them. In fact they were all so cheery and at the same time so busy but always had time for all of my needs and everyone else's, whatever they were.
I did give a rendition of Tina Turner's Simply the Best in the recovery room, rather loudly, which made them all laugh. Well I couldn't dance due to the fact that my legs had no feeling in them! Happy days.
An excellent hospital, amazing staff and a time I'll never forget and always praise them for.
That was nearly 6 weeks ago and I'm walking with one stick now outside - don't even need it in the home apart from stairs - at the moment!
Definitely recommend without hesitation.
