Had an appointment at 10am for an induced miscarriage. An appointment which I was already feeling sensitive and apprehensive about. The receptionist booked me in and asked me to fill a form in. Had to wait 2 and half hours before even someone decided to speak to me! During this time, I was becoming more nervous and upset. After the 2.5 hour wait, I was moved to another room and told a doctor would see me "shortly". Im writing this review whilst still waiting for the doctor. It's already been a further 40 minutes! In total I've been waiting over 3 hours with no sympathy from the staff.
"No sympathy shown during an emotional time"
