I was in the clinic last Friday for ear suction and I have to sat that the nurse attending me was excellent - a good experience of the NHS in action.
That contrasted sharply with my signing-in process, which was laborious to say the least. The computers for self signing in were working so slowly it took me 15 minutes to complete the process. It also contrasted sharply with the same process at Kingston Hospital, which is infinitely quicker.
