"Struggling to cope following a car accident"

(as the patient),

I was hit whilst stationary by a car that jumped red lights and lost control. I couldn't do anything other than wait for impact. I felt hopeless and vulnerable. The thought of getting back in a car was terrifying. I felt down and anxious. Unable to sleep and eat.

Six Degrees was excellent.
