Visited the phlebotomy dept today at broomfield for my 9 year old to have a blood test! She was extremely nervous and the staff were absolutely amazing! Thank you very much for looking after her and making the whole experience stress free! On the way home she said "I don't know why I was so scared, it was fine!" Brilliant!
