"fulcrum is a useless practice"

welcome to fulcrum for anyone who doesn't know this is the place that you get contracted to for a minimum of twelve months ,if you dare to stand up for yourself or your right to have an appointment when you need one ,that's what happened to me and now they expect me to attend this place that was designed for drug and alcohol abusers ,of which Iam neither so why I was sent here god knows oh did I mention I'm unemployed and live in redcar not acklam . the people staff at this place aren't at all friendly once they know your phone numbers they choose to ignore you and when you do make contact with them they get everything wrong especialy prescription requests or if your very lucky they might even put the phone down on you,

I cant just blame the everyday staff as even the management don't return calls that they say they will ? could someone please explain to me how or why this place can get away with treating people like this and to cap it all NHS England support this place and its rubbish way of practicing .a quote from my first contact with this place.

I said I will never attend.

I was told you will attend you have no other choice and when you do attend if you kick off we have procedures in place to deal with the likes of you.

a real warm welcome I'm sure you would agree this was said by a management member of staff so thank you for the offer fulcrum ,but as I stated before I will never attend this place the sooner you realise this the sooner I might get some medical care from a doctor in a medical centre were people actualy care about others ,Ive never been so disgusted in my life as Iam with this place and its ways of dealing with people.
