"Useless doctor"

I visited BCC on Monday 11th , saw a doctor to whom explained my issue, I did mentioned that have just returned from holiday abroad and had a sore throat and diarrhea,first of all the nurse measured my temperature with a thermometer which didnt convinced me as it said 37. when I was shivering and took it myself just before arrived at the hospital and was showing 38.8, i told them that this must've been wrong but they refused to measure again, than the doctor didnt even ask me where did i travel from , or done a check up they just checked my throat and prescribed antibiotics, no checks on my chest, or glands ,or even said anything about my diarrhea, very rude and unprofessional.
