"Excellent nurses but they are being rushed by..."

I've got a call back from nurse from the crisis team; the stuff there are under too much pressure to provide the high quality of care that they would too, remember this is the NHS this affects everyone, the nurses are the best at what they do at this Centre however major improvements are necessary for the security of the building any one of the public can easily walk upstairs and walk to the left and there it is the crisis team calling centre.

I have a suggestion for the public to decide; say for example Fred has a mental illness and he knows that he is a breaking point with the crisis, an emergency appointment should be organised and scheduled to see a psychologist from the crisis team urgently of course in Barton centre itself, for the patients sake the Barton Centre see if I was near to breaking point emergency appointments for psychologists should be scheduled at the Barton Centre

I hope this new NHS choice shapes the NHS for the very better for the future ; the thing is I was a Samaritan and our calls are never rushed ew take our time with people.

Let me give an example say Fred Bloggs has schizophrenia he needs to be seen to by his therapist in emergency for some whatever reason as a precaution and safety appointments should be there at the Barton centre schedule so if anything goes wrong the help and support is there when needed.

At Samaritans our policy is we value human contact, we are caring people and the nurses are too.

The mental health nurses regardless of race gender or background the employer should have something in place a special policy so the nurses regardless of what time of day and what time of night should be allowed regardless of heavy workload a relaxed approach towards the care of the patients and allow them to take the time and careful talk things through the poor nurses under lots of pressure day in and day out and in order for our care to prosper and patients alike this needs to be introduced to wish you a future generations get the care and treatment they deserve not rushed caring as an art that is perfected over a long career I love the NHS mental health nurses they are the best in the world at what they do

I've used Private Healthcare in the past while I was in America and I can tell you now, the crisis team on my favourite list; they are lovely people and they will help you whatever is getting to you with your mental health. And the best part is it's free

The nurses here should never be rushed instead even an emergencies and regardless of what pressure the nurses are under is to able to talk things through without the feeling of the nurse rushing you around because they have been rushing around and under pressure so I feel like being rushed around.

The crisis team nurses especially need to take more extra Care especially whilst the being rushed and regardless of situation I know they are only humans but this can be helped with a policy to prevent it in the first place
