I feel like they ignored requests from my gp until I was so unwell I needed to be assessed that day and could no longer explain why I was struggling, what had caused things or what would help.
The whole experience was terrifying, destroyed any trust I had in the Cmht and reinforced dangerous views I hold that I do not deserve care or support. They themselves told me I should complain about my care but how am I meant to do that when I'm fighting to stay alive? Surely if they've tecigbfbided their failings I shouldn't have to go through the trauma of complaining.
"The whole experience was terrifying"
