(as a service user),

At my first appointment at the diabetic clinic I met a  doctor who was I feel was unprofessional. They were not listening to me and was going to order my medication in front of 2 witnesses- which they did not do. 

They have now affected my treatment and because of their attitude I will never want to see them again

I need a manager from this hospital to contact me for a formal complaint before I contact GMC.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
