"Very satisfied."

I have had the need to be referred from Scunthorpe General to Princess of Wales hospital on three occasions since May.

I have been highly satisfied with the service & particulary with the staff involved. I found the staff very helpful, efficient, friendly & approachable.

This made a great difference to my visits as I felt at ease throughout my treatment.

During my recent visit, 28th August, I had difficulty in finding the MRI unit which was situated outside of the hospital. I asked one member of staff for the location & they were unsure where it was. As I could see they were extremely busy so I assured them I would find it. In the meantime my husband went for a coffee in the cafe as I was early for the appointment. We'd only been seated for a few minutes and the nurse actually came & found us in the cafe to tell us the exact location of the MRI

Scanner. So I say thank you to that member of staff who kindly went beyond the call of duty.
