due to the amount of patients there at the same time as myself the waiting time went beyond my appointment time. The care and being kept informed as to how long it could be predicted to my treatment time kept me up to date and was most appreciated, as just sitting and waiting makes one feel forgotten which did not happen at the Circle Nottingham.
