Superb. Arrived to be told the walk in clinic is full for the morning. The lunchtime is full early so arrive early to be see. Arrived an hour early. Was seen swiftly and recieved the required meds. Superb

Also on a PreP trial there the staff are superb.

My only negative would be its 2017 where is the free or paid WIFI.

We are sorry for your recent unsatisfactory experience regarding the WiFi at The Northern Contraception Sexual Health and HIV Service. Unfortunately we not currently able to provide Wi-Fi in the clinic. However the provision of WiFi is something that is being looked at trust-wide and we hope to be able to provide this in the future.
