"Maternity"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital / Maternity

I was booked in to watford to give birth and having a look around the maternity unit I didn't like it, I changed to Luton at 37 weeks (Monday) and was told I was 2 cm dilated. On Friday I started to get contractions. I had so many drugs that I don't remember the birth but my daughter it's happy and healthy. She's now 4 months.

From what I have been told by my husband and mum that it was horrific she wasn't breathing when she came out. If I had stuck to the original hospital I do t know if I'd be where I am now. I lost my 1st baby but my 2nd is happy and healthy. Thank you L&D 😘
