I went to A&E with my dad who was having chest pains and we were incredibly impressed by the kindness and care he received. From the paramedics to the doctors and nurses, everybody made my dad feel looked after and well informed about what was going on and what would happen next. The atmosphere in the hospital when we went to the pharmacy and the cafe was friendly. My dad felt in safe hands and I was looked after too!
