Had a confirmed 2 pm ,4 Sept 17, dermatology appointment today at the Corbett hospital, arrived early only to be told "We've changed your appointment to 23 Oct at 4.15, sorry we didn't let you know!" After an abortive 1,1/2 hr round trip I wasn't a happy bunny! When I booked my appointment ,several weeks ago, I was first on the list and had a choice of times. Obviously I chose a time to avoid rush hour so ,to add insult to injury, I was given at time which would see me departing at the height of the rush hour! If an airline 'bumps' you off a flight you get an apology & substantial compensation! I don't want that ,just some professionalism in their organisation! Is it too much to ask?.
