Attended for a colonoscopy which could be a difficult/embarrassing procedure for some.

The staff team worked really well together with a friendly and pleasant approach to patients.

Had to wait for 3/4 hour with no apology. However, this is a minor concern in a busy department - but staff ought to have said something.

The nurses and doctor were very professional yet easy to talk to.
