About: Lakeside Unit / Kestrel Ward

(as the patient),

I moved from the acute ward (Kingfisher) to the recovery ward (Kestrel), over two weeks ago. My experience in Kestrel ward had been truly one of healing, calm and unbelievable care by all the staff, doctors and also from the other patients. I would like to commend the staff for all their positive attitude and kindness towards me. I feel now that I am on the right path to health and recovery.

On behalf of the staff on Kestrel Ward, I would like to thank you for the feedback you have given. I will be sharing your feedback with the Team as it will go a long way in ensuring that we continue to improve the care we give and also for staff to know that what we do makes a real difference. Our Team is not perfect but are really working hard to ensure that we provide an environment that is conducive for recovery and collaborative work.
