"24week wait for hernia operation"

After my first visit to the local doctor in February I was referred to Barnsley hospital the week after.

After my final scan check in may I was given a maximum 6 week operation date to fix my hernia. 13 weeks down the line and the hospital have not contacted me to give a date.

Wondering if I'm still on the list ?any information at all

Would be grateful. After many calls and emails from me aswell as my local doctor there os still no return acknowledgement .
