"Rubbish"

I went to the clinic today the staff were very rude and didn't want to be there. I went to have my implant out alls I got was a rude person who said go to my GP and my GP probably won't help. And got me very confused as I want it out even if it doesn't have to be replaced till April 2018 Not helpful at all so left with implant still in going find elsewhere to go to get it out
