"Absolutely ridiculous."

I am currently still waiting to be seen an hour and a half after my appointment time. Not only has the person I am waiting to see not called anyone in in the past hour, but when I asked the reception staff if I had been forgotten the reply I received was 'you must have missed the person coming in to the waiting area to say they were running behind' .... I'm literally sat next to the door to the waiting room and haven't moved for an hour and a half. No one came in.

So I've been sat in warm room with no air conditioning for the past hour and a half seemingly forgotten about, and I can't even leave because my maternity notes were taken off me by reception before they closed.

Oh and I should mention, the second person I am meant to see went home about 20 minutes ago.

I have never received such awful service and so little respect in my life. Honestly if it weren't for the fact that I'm pregnant, live in Halifax and this is the maternity clinic, I'd never come back.
