"Hospital Feedback."

About: Dorset County Hospital / Accident and emergency

It started quite..i was admitted with chest pain..since I have been there before, with one look, the nurse shouted...’you back again,troubles??’...what else can I say...I felt relieved and half my pain vanished.after a while the nurse came by my bed and had a heart warming chat,I have only seen them a few times..still they treated me as if they had known me all these years...

Later when push came to show...the nurse excelled.god bless u.

Dear George

It is lovely to hear that you felt so reassured by the nursing staff, and that they spent time with you to ensure you were alright.

I will make sure that the staff in the Emergency Department are made aware of your kind comments, and I know they will be very pleased indeed to read them.

I hope that your chest pain has eased and that you are beginning to recover.

Best wishes,

Becky Protopsaltis

Head of Patient and Public Engagement
