I would like to thank all Brecon Staff for missing their breaks alot and doing their best to get everyone involved in activities when we have no staff at all. And also like to thank all the staff from other wards who are constantly helping out on brecon. Without the help and generosity of staff who miss their breaks and staff we beg and borrow from other wards we wouldn't even get unlocked on here. I feel like the situation is getting worse. So thankyou and just hold on in there.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the care you recieve on Brecon. I am delighted to inform you that Brecon has just been acredited NAPIC standard and this recognises the positive hard work that goes on in a busy clinical area at Rampton hospital. We continue to work hard on the recruitment of staff during times of national shortages and thank you for your patience in this matter. Whilst it may appear at times we have no staff at all, I can assure that we have to have safe staffing at all times for all the wards and this is co-ordinated by the site manager and monitored at Trust level.
