About: Good Hope Hospital / Accident & emergency

I arrived on the 38/8/17 at 950 checked in and was show to major Emergency. At 10:30 I was called to check my temperature ear and they lglanced in my throat. I returned to the waiting here from two minutes later they told to relocated to another waiting room badger. We sat for another 30 mins and was told by the receptionist to returned to the original place to wait. We sat there until 1.10pm without being seen no update . During this time several people came seen to left while my chest ache and on fish bone sits in my throat. My husband asked went to reception area to question the delay and the nurse assistant who originally looked at me informed it we have 4 names before mine which that did not happen. Time progressed when a family of four came instantly recognised a doctor who was on duty and without any consideration to the rest of the patients who have been sitting there like myself from from 9:50 dropped the waiting register was seen to immediately and either left if sorted out further. I'm still sitting there waiting without being attended. Eventually, I left to seehelp some where else.

Whatever they wrote on my notes they didn't think I was in enough pain or I was sick enough to be seen.
