"Very rude lady doctor."

I attended the ENT department on the 22 of august I was called by the same consultant who saw me back in May this year. The consultant was very plesent we spoke for less than an minute before I asked them could I see the doctor who I was meant to see, as one of their letters sent to me said that they would like to see me as my appointment was actually me t to be with them if I wanted to be seen by one of their team I could of actually got a sooner appointment. I was asked politely by the consultant to wait in the waiting room to then be called by the doctor. Who was so rude clearly did not want to see me, never introduce themself and did not listen to anything I had to say . The doctor discussed me like I was not in the room with another consultant also making me very upset by discussing my other health issues as I am a type one diabetic. When I chanellege their decision with my nose problem which is numbness and tingling and my nose on one side changes colour which their rude answer was what do I expect I suffer with diabetes and it's probably related to that . I was so upset my lil girl was very scared and upset to see me upset. I was also told I was seen in 2011 by a junior doctor who like most j doctors don't know there job very well also I said my doctor referred me to you as they seemed worried about my problem on two occasions did the doctor slate my own doctor and said why have they referred me to them, i should see a dermatologist. I have seen a private doctor and a dermatologist in the past as I work with the public and in the winter my nose looks like I have gone three rounds in a boxing ring and the dermatologist is nothing hey can do I have been told I need the bone filed down only on my left side as it's intrupting the blood supply as the bone on the left side . When back in May the ent consultant put a tube in my nose sad there was some swelling on the left but when I went back on the 22 Aug the doctor bared put the tube in my nose and stated nope there's nothing there when I asked what they cut me short and said it will al be noted to my doctor and in a letter to me . They were the rudest doctor I have ever seen and I have seen many doctors in my life time . When I kept asking questions they ignored me I then said to my little girl come on let's go this is no doctor just a rude person, the doctor pushed their chair and said, so you don't want to be referred the. To see a skin doctor I replied no please refer me and also stated in a letter what you have said to me today also about my own doctor and your junior staff , the doctor said don't worry I will and then looked over me to a colleague and said call security I laughter with my little girl gripping tightly to my hand security I am a polite quiet lady who was recognised back in May in my letter as being a pleasant lady by their colleague now on my second visit I need the security to get me out I also had my child who left crying and scared on the hospital . Beware of this unprofessional doctor !!!!!!!!!
