My Mum is 86 and this is the first time she has had to go to hospital in over 50 years!! once a few months ago to have cataract removed and in July to via A&E for treatment for a broken hip - which happened just at the same time as i was being treated in another hospital so i was unable to visit her until the 21st July...........
How wonderful to walk into a hospital that was bright, airy and so clean - a marked contrast to the one i was in being treated for MRSA, along with helpful and professional staff it made my visit 100% better and to see my Mum and to hear her praises for the hospital and its staff was amazing, so much so that she was completely at ease with the hospital and had no fears about visiting or staying in the hospital in the future.
Well Done Leighton!!!
