"Unprofessional, unhelpful, total waste of my time"

About: Stroud General Hospital

The triage nurse apologised for calling in a patient before me as I should have been first. This automatically put me behind in the quee. When I was called through after some further messing about I wasn't examined properly and was made to feel like a hyper condriact. Still in pain I made an emergency appointment with a private practitioner. The practitioner informed me that the advice I was given by the triage nurse would have made my condition worse. They were disgusted that physical examinations were not taken and that the diagnosis by the nurse was incorrect.

A second symptom I had was also dismissed quickly. The last time I had this problem I had an allergic reaction didn't seem to phase the nurse one bit.
