"My partner is still in pain"

My partner is in bad stomach pain since last month. We visited this hospital twice. first time they made us wait 4 hours and then they did tests on them and they gave them a prescription and they said my partner doesn't have to worry about it. But those tablets didn't do anything. Their pain was getting worse and worse. They couldn't sleep, eat or breathe. We came back to hospital and receptionist and nurse were so rude. Nurse said why you came here when it's not even an emergency. I was in shock and in tears that someone is having this bad pain and this is how they are treating us.
