Our boy was scalded with boiling water last night - the way they treated him was nothing short of amazing - the Consultant and their colleagues from Plastics and A&E were really kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They finished at 2 in the morning and by the following day (well, the same day) they've already rung to arrange a follow-up - it's only 9am!
We're really grateful to them.
