The reaction to a health crisis and patient health is fantastic. The overall care is good. The pain meds provided is also good. The general advice on aftercare on cesarean section and cleanliness is insightful. Breastfeeding advice is informative.

I felt some relief with advice from the healthcare professionals. They made the information given straight to the point. To improve their practice maybe be more on the same page and let parent or staff members know about any medicine or assessments made and final evaluation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our maternity service. It is always good to hear from women that have found our staff to provide them with the information that they needed. It is also good to hear that you have been supported with breastfeeding your new baby. We welcome suggestions on how to improve our service and I will feed your comments back to the postnatal ward manager Gemma Griffiths about your concerns regarding assessments and a final evaluation.
