Have had 2 previous knee operations at RJAH 7 years ago and was impressed then, however the new Baschurch day surgery unit exceeded expectations.
Staff again were caring, understanding and patient.
I felt that; I was kept informed at each stage, nothing was too much trouble and all in a calm and relaxed way.
Special mention to the anaesthetist, best recovery from a general anaesthetic I have ever had.
Also note about heated blankets, lovely and comforting.
