"The kindness and helpfullness of the staff"

About: University Hospital (Coventry) / Maternity

(as the patient),

I am 28 weeks pregnant and have been up to Fwbu/ward 24 for a heart monitoring scan and my GTT test, and also have some bloods done from the girls there they are very caring and very accommodating and nothing was too much for them even when they were rushed off their feet, I am expecting my first child and do not always know what to expect in appointment's so its lovely when the staff there take the time out to explain what's going on and what to expect and to make you feel at ease, it makes all the difference. Many thanks ladies.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the maternity services at University Hospital, Coventry.

We appreciate all feedback as it helps us to understand what’s important to our patients.

Pregnancy is a very special time and we aim to give all of our mums the information they need, so they know what to expect from their appointments.

I am delighted you were pleased with the care you received and that you felt at ease.

Thank you again for taking the time to post your comments, I will share them with the team.

Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.

Best wishes,
