"My personal thanks"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was placed on this ward following surgery to my left foot for one night only. I wish it could have been more mainly due to the care and attention I received at the hands of all nursing staff involved. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment of arrival through to aftercare following surgery. The diligence, attention to duty, pure hard work and most of all compassion of all nurses was amazing. I feel I must mention certain people by way of personal thanks and I would like to think these congratulations will be forwarded with respect.

Where do I start? Karen, Maria, Sylvia and very much in particular Nikita who was an absolute blessing and delight at all times. I could not believe how hard she worked.
