"A big thank you to Russell's Hall"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Breast surgery

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016, leading to double mastectomy and reconstruction this year. I feel an immense gratitude to all staff involved in my treatment. The Breast Care Team, Genetics Testing, theatre staff and ward B5. I feel my treatment was on par to any private hospital. Personally I highly recommend.

Also this year my husband was admitted through A & E following an accident ending with a broken neck. From the paramedics, A & E staff, X-Ray staff and ward B2 - a month's stay in hospital - these people saved his life. We will always be in their debt.

Thank you for providing positive feedback at what must have been a very difficult time for both you and your husband.

It is always pleasing to hear when patients are happy with the care they have received and are able to speak so highly of the teams involved
