About: Royal Bolton Hospital

My dad was referred to the endoscopy unit by his GP on a 2 week referral. All the appointments came within the 2 weeks and follow up appointments were given at the same time. We were kept informed during the process. All the staff were excellent but a person who made the whole experience less daunting and gave excellent support was a member of staff at the endoscopy reception. They were so polite and made my dad at complete ease. The member of staff had a wealth of knowledge and without realising was a very big help

for my dad as he was very nervous before his arrival at the hospital. Thanks to all the staff and a special thanks to the member of staff from Endoscopy reception. Keep up the great work.
