"You should be very proud of your staff"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was in hospital for severe vertigo, it was very scary as this was the first time I had ever experienced anything like this. I was sent to ward 36 short stay unit, the care I received was second to non all the staff couldnt do enough for me. The bell was answered within seconds and always with a caring attitude day or night. All the staff were very friendly from cleaner, ward hostesses and nurses and doctors. I would like to add special thanks to Gavin, Amy, Teresa and Pam for being brilliant. You should be very proud of your staff.
